Ordering Information

Standard-size items ship according to Stella & Bone’s standard processing times. Where eligible, standard-size items may be exchanged for another size or another style of equal value, subject to availability and the applicable product policy.

Standard-size orders generally require 5–14 business days for processing followed by 5–10 business days in transit. The Customize option is made to measure and requires approximately 3–4 weeks for production, not including transit. Please allow roughly 4–6 weeks total for a custom order. Custom or made-to-measure items are not eligible for standard size exchanges once production has begun.
