Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping is available on all orders within the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. for orders $75.00+.

 We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: $8.98 (Subject to local taxes where applicable)
  • Shipping is a flat $8.98 per order, regardless of how many items are purchased.
  • Express Shipping: $15.00 — Where available, expedited shipping reduces transit time once your order has shipped. Please allow 7–20 business days total, including standard processing time. Expedited shipping availability varies by location and product.
  • Express shipping is a flat $15.00 per order, regardless of how many items are purchased.
  • Free Shipping: On all orders $75.00+ within the 50 United States and Washington, D.C.

Estimated Total Delivery Time:
Most in-stock and standard-size items arrive within approximately 10–24 business days from the date your order is placed (5–14 business days processing plus 5–10 business days transit).

Custom-size (made-to-measure) couture dresses and gowns require additional production time before shipment. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production. Standard-size items ship according to our normal processing times.

Fulfillment: We partner with premium global fulfillment centers to source our boutique collections. Items may ship in separate packages to ensure they reach you as quickly as possible.

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM MST Monday–Friday are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Where We Ship: We proudly ship to all 50 United States including Washington, D.C. We do not offer international shipping options at this time. 

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
