Standard-size items ship according to Stella & Bone's standard processing times. Where eligible, standard-size items may be exchanged for another size or another style of equal value, subject to availability and the applicable product policy.

Custom-Size Ordering

Select Customize for a made-to-measure option. Custom-size orders require approximately 3–4 weeks for production before shipment, plus additional transit time. Custom production time is production only, not transit. Custom items are generally not eligible for standard size returns or exchanges, except for defects under the applicable product policy.
