Standard-size items ship according to Stella & Bone's standard processing times. Where eligible, standard-size items may be exchanged for another size or another style of equal value, subject to availability and the applicable product policy.

Customize and made-to-measure orders require approximately 3–4 weeks for production before shipment, plus additional transit time. Custom production time is production only, not transit.
