Ordering Information

Standard-size items ship according to Stella & Bone’s standard processing times. Where eligible, standard-size items may be exchanged for another size or another style of equal value, subject to availability and the applicable product policy.

Standard-size orders generally require 5–14 business days for processing followed by 5–10 business days in transit. Bespoke or made-to-measure items require approximately 3–4 weeks for production, not including transit. Please allow roughly 4–6 weeks total for a custom order. Custom items are not eligible for standard size exchanges once production has begun.
