Standard-size items ship according to Stella & Bone's standard processing times. Where eligible, standard-size items may be exchanged for another size or another style of equal value, subject to availability and the applicable product policy.

Custom or made-to-measure pieces are generally not eligible for standard-size returns or exchanges, except for defects covered by the applicable product policy.
