• Standard-size items ship according to Stella & Bone's standard processing times. Where eligible, standard-size items may be exchanged for another size or another style of equal value, subject to availability and the applicable product policy.
• Custom-size (made-to-measure) items are created specifically for your pet's measurements and require approximately 3–4 weeks for production before shipment. Because each custom piece is made exclusively for your pet, custom-size orders are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
