Standard-size items ship according to Stella & Bone's standard processing times. Where eligible, standard-size items may be exchanged for another size or another style of equal value, subject to availability and the applicable product policy.

Custom made-to-measure gowns require approximately 3–4 weeks for production before shipment. Please allow additional time for transit. Custom orders are made specifically for your pet and are not eligible for return or exchange.
