Please note: We proudly ship to all 50 United States including Washington, D.C. We do not offer international shipping options at this time.

How long does shipping take?
In-stock items are typically processed within 5–14 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes an additional 5–10 business days depending on your location. Please allow for a total of 10–24 business days for your in-stock items to arrive.
Custom-size (made-to-measure) couture dresses and gowns require approximately 3–4 weeks for production, plus shipping time. Standard sizes not in stock and requiring production follow the same timeline as custom orders: approximately 3–4 weeks for production, plus shipping time.
Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM MST Monday–Friday are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Express Shipping: In-stock items are typically processed within 5–14 business days. Once shipped, express delivery takes an additional 2–6 business days, for a total of 7–20 business days for in-stock items. Express shipping reduces transit time only and does not shorten production time.

Which carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on your location and order size. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships — please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
