Size Exchange Policy
We know that finding the perfect fit for your furry family member can be tricky. If your pup's outfit doesn't fit quite right, we'll make it right — no hassle, no stress.
Here's how it works:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- We'll exchange your item for the correct size at no additional cost
- Simply email us at hello@stellaandbone.com with your order number and the size you need
